Does TENR Global Solution company is legit or not?

TENR Global solution is registered company incorporated in 2018 in Bangalore. First address is -Banaswadi, Banglore, Karnataka, India-560043 But now currently, they changed their address to Amrut Plaza, Office no. 304, 3rd Floor, Chendani Koliwada, Station Road, Thane (W). So, they frequently changing company address to hide their identitiy. Even if you check domain registered name, which is also hide by owner by paying high amount of money to domain provider company. Even given number on their website - https://tenrglobalsolution.com/ is not working. 

Thus, in our opinion totally, TENR Global Solution is Fraud company. And don't do any transacational activity on behalf of registration amount for work. Their plan and everything is Fraud. 

They changed website, phone number very frequently.
